Vagina discharge of infection ?

Okay so lately my vagina has been itching really bad at times, and I'm not sure why, I try not to scratch but I can't help it and when I do it gets swollen. Also my clit, I noticed that it has little bit of white stuff coming out of it. My vagina does release white stuff but it looks kinda like white/yellowish saliva. Unlike my clit it looks like if little stuff paper was in there. I look it up n I thought it was a yeast infection, but it don't release something looking like cottage cheese... I wanna tell my doctor, but I feel uncomfortable with him Im also  scared he will check me down there. I am 28 weeks and don't know what to think. It's been happening every other day or at times everyday PLEASE HELP !!
