Serious constipation! Help!

Ok ladies...I need suggestions asap.  I am 9 w 1 day, and for the past month have suffered with horrible constipation.  It is to the point where I'm not going at all, today was day 9 no bowel movements.  I have tried everything I can think of to help...I drink a ton of water...eat lots of fruits and veggies, I move around a lot...I have tried stool softeners and have even added in fiber pills to get it moving, but nothing is working.  I'm about ready to give myself an enema bc that's all I can think of to relieve it.  What else can I do?  This doesn't se normal.
