Opk, progesterone help

This is my first time posting and I'm a little bit lost at the moment. Last month I started progesterone suppositories and because i had a negative pregnancy test I stopped to start a new cycle. This month at day 10 I started using the cb digital opk and got an error message, so carried on as normal and have been getting negative results for the past week. I have had very sensitive nipples (don't normally get this) and mild cramping as though I'm about to start my periods. I can't start on the progesterone as I don't know if I've ovulated. Has this happened to anyone before? Could it have been the progesterone? Could I have ovulated and missed the lh surge? Any advice is much appreciated.
