Kinda need your help?!

Okay so about a month ago now I came off the pill. I bleed for a few days about a week after coming off but I'm fine now. Me and my boyfriend always have unprotected sex and always cums inside of me. For the last couples of days my nipples have Been so sore to touch! For about 5/6 days now But my actual boobs are fine?? I took a pregnancy test 3 days ago and it was negative I'm so confused? Is there a chance I'm pregnant??
