Severe kidney infection!

A few days ago I went to the er thinking I had just a uti. Ive had them before during pregnancy but never really noticed them. This one was different. It burned when I peed. It even started to burn when I didnt pee. I was extremely nauseous. I started to have pain in my lower belly & it soon started on my back. Only one side though. Icould barely move! Anyways, i spent 10 hours in the er only to find out that I have a super bad uti & a severe kidney infection. The dr hooked me up to an iv & gave me antibiotics & water as i was super dehydrated as well. He wanted to admit me for 3 days but I have  a 2 & 1 yr old & im a full time mommy. Im 8w & 3d pregnant & he told me theres a 50/50 chanse of the babies survival. Imgoing to try to do everythinggg I can to make sure my body & the baby are okay. It just scares the crap out of me knowing that the little baby I saw on the screen & the heart beat I heard could be gone tommarrow 😢💖
