Kids* ways to get a toddler to sleep in her bed?

I have a soon to be 3 year old? I will put her in her bed when she falls asleep on the couch and I will wake up to her crying getting into our bed?  There been a few times she slept in her own bed.... but lately it's been ours? Any help?

Let me know when u figure it out. I'm horrible at getting our kids to sleep in their beds idk what to do I'm so tired cuz they wake each other up and come in our room. I'm pregnant again and so tired. I have night lights and white noise I sit with them till they fall asleep. I repeatedly tuck them in all night. I'm desperate. I even got him a Lil rodent pet for in his room so he wouldn't feel alone. I tried being nice and talking to him about it. I tried being firm and disciplining him. I'm lost I even called his dr they told me not to let him nap during the day. I even made him stay up a few hours one night.  No luck.......

Get into a routine of settling her in her own room. Each night read her a story  and have a little one to one time.

​The first night stay in the room with her until she falls asleep be close enough for her to touch you. 
​Each night after that for as long as you like stay in the room with her but move yourself further away each time and saying nothing.
​take your phone with you and play some games check your Facebook or glow etc so that eventually you're standing in the doorway but she knows you're still there. 
​There's no time limit but soon she'll be able to sleep on her own it just takes a bit of work and patience
