Concerned at 32 weeks

Hi everyone! I just got home from a doctor appointment and non-stress test. During the NST, I had some pain and discomfort, but figured it was just baby Shea stretching herself out. Come to find out, they were contractions. They varied in time apart...sometimes 4 minutes, sometimes 7 minutes. She was also very low today. Now I'm concerned that she may be coming early...has anyone else had a similar experience? I have an emergency bag prepared, trying to relax and keep my feet up. Am I overthinking all of this though? Help 😟
