formula feeding?

any moms with formula fed babies here? i was wondering how you prepare the water to mix the formula... boiled tap water or bottles water? or what other ways do you prepare it?

I formula feed, and I just give her tap water that's at room temp. Our tap water here is really good tho. We are moving in with my inlaws for a little bit while we buy a house and I don't trust their tap water so I'll probably use bottled water.

My midwife told me not to use bottled water and to only use boiled water that's then cooled down, so that's what I do. There should be directions on the tin that explain to boil the water first and how much formula to water.

My twins get a combination of breast milk (breast feeding and the bottle) and formula for preemies. I use bottled water. I fill up the bottle to where I want it, then I add however many scoops of formula I need and shake it up. I will mix breast milk in it as well when I pump. I will give it to them room temperature, or warm it. It depends on how hangry they are :p sometimes there's just no time to warm it

my LO started out in the NICU so they fed her room temperature bottles so that's what I've stuck with, I buy the mini water bottles and mix however much with her formula.

I breastfeed and formula feed. Distilled water! They actually sell "nursery" water by the gallon. It's just distilled water with a baby on it 😂
