I have been having cramps for the past week. I am supposed to start my period in a matter of days however the cramps are not normal for me. I never cramp until the second or third day of my period. I had unprotected sex two weeks ago. Cramping before your period normal? And for this long. It's not really painful more like the feeling of muscle spasms just an annoying feeling. Any info would be useful
