"Bulging sac"???
On Monday I was a fingertip dilated. Went to my 38 OB appt this morning and Dr said I am 1cm dilated and she felt my amniotic sac and said it's "bulging." Anyone else have experiences like this? She also said I need to start walking more to get the baby to drop just a tad bit more to put pressure on my cervix.
