Depression?

I'm 20 weeks...and I've never been this depressed or anything in my life. I don't know if it is depression or whatnot but I'm down all the time. I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing depression and/or anxiety?

Just cry if you want to cry! I've had to many times over nothing. Get help and talk with someone if you need to. Don't be ashamed. It's hormones!

It is quite normal to experience depression during pregnancy but that doesn't mean you should cope alone, go and speak to your doc. If not for medication to help then maybe for someone to speak to, it can help. Hope your mood lifts soon x

Im 27 weeks 5 days, and depression has had its overwhelming moments definetly. Its normal for preganancy no matter how healthy, happy or whatever you are. It happens, i think controlling the best you can helps, but also a good cry helps too. Just use the, "but im pregnant" excuse lol

Girl my depression has been horrible throughout this pregnancy so far I'm almost 20 weeks & the best thing to do is just cry it out.

I hit some pretty intense depression around 14 weeks and it stuck around until 21 or so weeks. I thought I was being crazy, irrational, etc., but I mentioned it to my doctor and she was so helpful. I made sure to confide in my husband, mom, and sister, and they all were huge support for me. Thankfully things are looking up big time at 23 weeks! I'm sure it will continue to be up and down. But just take good care of yourself, cry when you need to, get a good support system, and get your doctor involved!

Feeling depress and having an actual depression is two different things talk to you doc about it because if its a real depression you need support. On my side ive been so sick and still are a 25 weeks just want it over and im crying all the time but i know its just my hormones. Hope you will be better
