I went in for my first ultrasound on March 4th. I thought I was 8w1d and ended up having dates behind and we were measuring at 5w5d. We met with the doctor and he wasn't concerned and there is also two yolk sacks do there is a possibility of twins. Well last night I had some pretty bad cramping and went to the ER did an ultrasound again and baby is still measuring at 5w5d. The doctor said everything looks good but there is a possibility of miscarriage. My hcg levels were around 24000 so they are good and everything else is fine besides the facts the baby isn't growing or growing slow. It was only 5 days in between the first ultrasound and the ultrasound in the ER. So what are everyone's thoughts. I'm super scared
