Should I lend my friend money?

She's been my bestfriend for 8 years but she is terrible with money. I have money but I also have rent and bond to pay for myself. She won't get this house she's applied for unless she can pay the bond and she can't get the money anywhere.

I feel really bad that I haven't offered it to her but I know she probably wouldn't pay it back. I don't know what to do.. :/
