Confused... tmi

Glow says I start af the 30th, but Fertility Friends says the 3rd of November. I had 5 days straight of positive opk's and so now I am confused as to which app is correct? With FF I am 9dpo, and with glow I am 12dpo. I went to the restroom and wiped and i had EWCM with 2 extremely light spots of blood. And then I wiped again and the paper came back clean. Am I out for this month? Really bummed right now. Or what could it be?
