What r u ladies doing about your sinuses??? my nose burns and hurts so bad and I've been sneezing like crazy. Should I take benadryl?? if so how many ??

I'm using the humidifier I got at my baby shower. I sleep with it on my night stand and it has helped a lot. Also saline nasal rinses

Have you tried a saline spray for your nose?  It's annoying to use, but it does help.

Don't take Benadryl. I think that's a no-no with pregnancy. My doctor and nurse told me to use Tylenol cold&sinus. I also used mucinex and a humidifier
