Period pain?

After giving birth I have noticed that my period pain is worse then before. Is anyone's period pain more painful?

I haven't given birth before but I'm going to hazard a guess that your muscles were strengthened while giving birth and now, since they are the same muscles used on your period, when they are used the feeling is more intense. That's just an  educated guess but I hope it might have helped. ✨
