Abnormal bleeding - eeep!

Hi Ladies,

So, This is my first post and I'm slightly nervous. My husband and I are trying to get pregnant, yay! A few months ago almost 3 - 4 months in a row I was getting pink discharge right in the middle of my periods. I dismissed it as "dry blood" left over from my previous period. I never was pregnant. Fast forward to today and Its been a week and a half after ending my last period and a gush of Brownish red blood (it was very thin and watery, a good amount, but a gush of liquid one time). This was slightly alarming and almost seemed like my period with the amount but then it was over after a few seconds. I am already past my peak fertility days and I am did spot today with a light pinkish discharge.

Has anyone experienced this and is it something I need to be concerned about?
