Implantation bleeding

Coco • Sat, Mar 12 • Im coco im 32 TTC with my fiance my 2 babies were both 24 weeks which ended in stillborn waiting on my 🌈 👶🏽👶🏽

I'm 12 dpo is it possible that this could be implantation bleeding the only thing I'm feeling is my breast hurt so bad and I went to the bathroom and saw this. I'm not trying to gross anyone out just really need some advice. Thanks
