Pregnancy Support wraps/bands
I can't remember the specific name of them but I really think I need one already at 13 weeks. I worked from 6am to 3pm with no sitting, as a server in a very busy local diner and by the time 1pm came around my stomach felt as if I had been doing crunches non stop all day. I didn't have this problem with my last pregnancies it was just my feet hurting by the end of the day. Have any of y'all used a support wrap this early? Did it help out? Should I start wearing supportive maternity pants to work instead of loose black yoga pants?
