Thoughts please?! Maybe TMI

I am 30 weeks and 5 days preggo and my man and I have sex all the time with NO issues. Well, we just had sex and when I wiped there was bright red blood on the toilet paper and in the toilet after I peed. I had placenta previa in the beginning of the pregnancy but other than that no complications. I think I might have pulled a muscle near my vagina yesterday but I've never had such red blood after sex like that....
