Australian Shepherd/ Catahoula mix

Can anyone who's had this mix or either one of those breeds' of dogs help me.. ? I've had my puppy since February 18th, he's so bad though. And I know he's a puppy, but he's so viscous. He nips & bites ALL THE TIME. That is all he wants to do.. He doesn't want to play much or cuddle, and he never licks/gives kisses.. He's just a handful and I could use some tips..
