Living with family that are addicts

I am currently a mother of one and expecting baby #2 in September I have been feeling so sad and angry lately my mother, my grandma and uncles all use heroine and I am constantly having to worry if the have died every time they are around they go to bathroom forever and I sit there and sobe just praying they don't die ! I just feel so crappy !!!! I have my great grandma and my so that don't use any drugs or alcohol they are here for me but besides them the others are my only family I just am so scared of losing basically my whole family and I don't know wether to move on with my life and leave them behind or what 😭 I just lost my great grandpa (dad) he was my best friend I miss him so much I just can't imagine losing more family .... I'm just broken 💔
