Help me understand

My very last af was jan 17 -24. I was suppose to start my next af feb 14 but it was a no show. I took two test that week one said negative and the other was un clear. But here it is March 14 and still no af which was suppose to start yesterday. My question is what am I suppose to do?. I'm having cramps sharp stomach pains here and their my back hurts and the cramps are on my right side in my hip I would say. I've been nauseous
