Period is bad!!!! HELP HELP (TMI ALERT)

Okay so I get my periods every month etc etc, they were irregular for about 8 months last year. Recently I've been getting really really bad pains like I mean I have high pain tollerance ( I laughed when I broke my arm) but I seriously feel like my stomach is going to explode when I have my periods! They are also really crazy ass heavy and last for 7-8 days. I get really nad clotting that looks like skin all the time and in fact last period this huge( I mean like 2-3 inches long) clot came out. I think I may have endometriosis as my mum has it but I'm so scared especially because I want kids and it can stop you from being able to fall pregnant! Does anyone have it and can give me some tips idk. Ps I have to take Panadene forte when I have my period how severe the pain is!!!
