Energy Drink for pregnant Women?

I'm 23 weeks pregnant. My boyfriend went to jail last night. I woke up at 3:45am and he wasn't here. I looked up inmate information and he's in jail. I've been crying and haven't been to sleep. I've tried to go to sleep but I can't. I even took a hot shower and I'm still not sleepy. I have to get up for work in another hour. I've read that coffee is not good for pregnant women. Red bull has caffeine in it. Is there anything safe for pregnant women that I can drink in order to stay awake at work? I don't want to call off because I now have to do things on my own since he is gone and I have a son to think about. Any suggestions will help.
