Best Snacks/Food for Nausea
Hello everyone! Recently, I have started to experience nausea throughout the day and some food aversions. I work until late so I want to prepare some snacks/meals ahead of time to help me on especially rough days. Does anyone have a go-to snack that really helps with the nausea?
Recently, I've been depending on ginger chews and honey ginger tea but am interested in trying something new. Thanks!
