I'm scared of ever going to an ob/gyn

I'm 15 I know I don't have to go yet for a long while but like I'm scared of it I don't want to go when I'm older ? Do I need to ? Will I be forced to go ?? The exams & touching freak me out anything touching my bits freak me out like what if someone doesn't want to be touched there what do the doctors do ??
