Back/leg ache... hellllp!

Before anyone beats me to the obvious, I have made an appointment with my doctor and will be seeing her this afternoon :) My lower back kept me up ALL NIGHT. The pain radiated around to my pelvic area and down my left leg... it was terrible. I've been constipated, but could constipation cause issues like that? Anyone know?

I had constipation issues with my last pregnancy, but it didn't come until the end and wasn't near as painful. I'm only 10 weeks with this one.
