Advice

Hello I'm so glad I found this ! I'm 40 and was always scared to get pregnant due to having anxiety and health anxiety I also have high blood pressure but take something for it. But when I go to doctors it still spikes cause I'm so nervous. I want a baby but I'm terrified something bad will happen to me or the baby cause of how anxious I am but I'm also afraid of regretting never having a baby. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
