idk what's going on with me 😞

periods and my boobs have been hurting for like a month now. I have also been feeling so emotional and bipolar, and I feel bad for my boyfriend lol. we have never had any problems together, and for some reason just this month I've been so insecure and worried about him cheating on me. I completely trust him and never think he would. I just think about it all the time and freak out inside. is that normal? I even had a dream about it last night and woke up next to him so sad 😞 ugh help me please
