Rejecting piercings?!?!?!?

I have a dermal piercing on my chest that I've had for almost a year. It was completely healed then when i got pregnant I started having issues with it and now it's like almost pushed completely out! Nothing like this happened with my last pregnancy.... Anybody have our heard of anything similar???

The EXACT same thing happened to me with my son. I had it pierced for maybe a year and a half/ 2 years before getting pregnant with my son and my body rejected it. It was horrible. I ended up actually just pulling it out myself. Now I'm left with an ugly scar.

Right after I found out that I was pregnant my lip piercing started rejecting, I ended up taking it out because there were dry spots and puss all around it and I didn't want to get an infection while I'm pregnant... and I had my lip ring since 2013.... I don't think that is a coincidence, but I'm definitely going to ask my doctor about it

I don't know anything about being pregnancy related. I can't handle piercings and my body rejected my belly button rings and I can't wear earrings for the same reason. I have heard of people developing allergies during pregnancy so maybe it's similar.

Thanks ladies now that I know I'm not crazy and this is a real thing I'm just going to go tomorrow and have it removed (though the top foot is already almost completely out)
