Pink spotting after sex

I am 11 weeks 3 days, after sex I had pink discharge for like 3 hours when I went to the bathroom. This is my 5th baby and only bled once with my oldest from a tear in my placenta at 16 weeks. I have my dr appointment Thursday, was just there last week thinking I had a bladder infection which was negative. Don't wanna be one of those pregnant woman who always calls thinking there is a problem. Feel like I should know these things after 4 kids. Is anyone else having this issues and what did your dr say. I have a fetal doppler and did find babies heartbeat at 150 since this started.
