Yes, but if you can keep your thyroid levels normal with or without the help of hormone therapy you shouldn't have trouble conceiving or carrying a pregnancy.

Yes I found out that I had thyroid cancer a few months ago. My thyroid was removed along with a number of lymph nodes. I did RAI as well. I have never had regular cycles but ever since going on levothyroxine it seems like they are becoming regular which makes ovulation much easier to track and will hopefully lead to a BFP once my doctor clears me to start trying again!
