Stool sample

I've been having epic amounts of diarrhea for over a week now. I've only experienced this one other time, when I got a parasite while living in the Dominican Republic. My doctor ordered stool samples and I... I... I just can't do it. I know I need to take care of my health now for my little girl (2 months old) but I JUST CANT DO IT. My question is, should I take a shot of liquor before for courage? Or should I save it for after? 😭 FUCK MY LIFE.
