I don't know what to do

So I've had two miscarriages in 6 months and I just lost my second about 2 months ago. I've had one period since then but now I'm late for my second period. I just got a cold like I did with both my other pregnancies. The thing is my partner and I weren't trying for a baby and if I am pregnant I don't want to tell my partner at least until 12 weeks.
