So sick of my boyfriend!!

I know I should leave him, but it's just so hard, he threatens to cheat on me when I don't want to give him some, he tells me I'm a stupid bitch, slow, dumb, fat bitch, over weight and a dog and so and so he loves making me cry and putting his hands on me, for example he got high last night and we was going to sleep I leaned over and said good night and kissed him and he hits mu face and punches me In the head 2 times but he doesn't remember that. He's left me with busted lips, nots on head and multi bruises and I puts everyone and everything before me, we been together a year know and we live together and share a car underneath his name that I never get to drive and he always takes my key and says it's just his car but I have to help pay, and he doesn't ever save his money he blows it all and spends mine, we share a bank account and I just don't know what to do because we do have good days, know he says he out of love with me he hates me wants to break up and everything but when we calm down he says he loves me and he just says dumb shit when he mad. I'm 18 I weigh 177 I been on a diet I exercise every morning and I work 2 jobs and babysit on the side and all my weight is in my ass and boobs and I have a little baby weight, I haven't even graduated high school yet I do online but got suspended until I pay them 1000 dollars, I just don't know what to do anymore, and he loves embarring me in public, for example we go to Walmart and I do some thing and he will start yelling you want me to embarrass your dumb ass in here you dumb bitch, and he does it everywhere and we live with my grandparents, I had a Miss carriages and every time we fight he will say fucked up shit saying he hopes all my baby's die and shit.
