I don't know anymore...

Me and my SO are going through a huge slump. He lost his job and has been unemployed for almost a year. Now we fight and everything is his fault but it all turns and ends up being my fault, bc I have a job. Bc I want another one. He's gone all day. Nothing gets done in the house. He eats all my food that I make for a "You Derseve it Tania" thing. ( that one special thing you get for yourself)   He comes home all hours of the morning from hanging w his friends who have jobs and are in college and shit. But he comes home and I feel like I'm just something for him to put his dick in. And lately I've been sick so I don't want anything to do w sex. Now I'm the monster and it's my fault that our relationship is crumbling. I just don't know what to do anymore.
