Ok I would say no unless it's what's preventing them from having sex. I don't think a 14 year old should be doing that kind of thing yet I think it's a lil young but if that's what's keeping them from having sex it's the lesser of the two. It's their choice but I wouldn't want my future daughters or anyone doing that at 14
