1st period after ectopic?

How long did it take to get your period after your ectopic? Did it seem like a normal period?  I had brown spotting/ light flow for 3 days 4.5 weeks after my surgery. The doctor said we can start ttc after my first period but I'm not totally sure if I've had one.

Sorry you had to go through that. I'm actually waiting for my period too after having the methotrexate shot 5 weeks and 2 days ago. I'm not missing her but would like to know my body is back on track.

I had my left  tube removed for ruptured etopic 6/19. We started having unprotected sex again 6/28. I had some spotting 7/6-7/8 very light on and off(only when wiping and very minimal) color brown could this be my period? Or implantation? Is it possible to get pregnant that fast ?? I took a preg test on Monday 7/11 which I think is way to soon and got a negative result. When should I test again? FYI I also have had mild cramping and nausea ... Thanks for your response

I had a D&C and Methotrexate for my ectopic 10/3 and I'm still waiting for AF to start I was told I could TTC again after my first AF we'll sort of I've had 3 miscarriages as well so they want to do a recurring miscarriage work up I'm scheduled for that 12/19 but it was scheduled so far out because my next cycle has to start and they said it could take anywhere from 4-8 weeks to get it I have PCOS which also makes my cycles crazy so who knows my HCG levels were back to 0 by 10/24 and still waiting.

I had surgery and my period came 4 weeks after that it was normal just a bit shorter

I had a tube rupture as they opened me up to remove the very painful ectopic. The first period after was awful. I actually thought I might be hemorrhaging! The doctor assured me that a heavy bleed is pretty common in a first period after miscarriage or similar. They told me to wait two cycles before trying again, because cycle lengths can change, and dating it is so important after an ectopic.

I have had two ectopics both removed through surgery.  My period came around 5-6weeks after surgery for both. Sending prayers to you!

Has anyone ever experienced spotting three weeks after tubal remove? I started spotting  three weeks after only when I wiped it stopped for two weeks and now it's happening again
