Okay so I had been on orthotricyclen pills for over a year and I had little to no symptoms but on august 1st I switched to orthomicronor (progestin only pill) because of high blood pressure. and I have had THE WORST symptoms. BAD ACNE that is havent had since i was a teen. MOOD SWINGS that are hard to control. HAIR LOSS like bad. And it could be due to stress. But I can't handle feeling like this. I can't get back to my other pill because I'm too scared to go to the Dr. I've had bad fat shaming experiences the last time I went. And if I stop pills completely I have pcos symptoms.. Idk what to do..
