I can't tell the difference
I know this is going to make me sound stupid but I can't tell the difference between a stomach ache being full and being hungry when I'm hungry I get stomach pains but sometimes after I eat I get a stomach pain and I don't know which one of those it is I usually rule out hunger but is this normal or is it bad that I can't tell the difference ??????!!!!!!!!!
