Cm ( cervix mucus)

I've been tracking my periods and without a doubt they always come on the 27th day, we've been trying to convince for a year, and not having protective inner course for seven. The research I've done leads me to believe that tracking cm can help lead to conception. Between egg white / watery / sticky / clear ECt. And I'm wondering if anyone else has tracked there cm and know when they ovulate , what type of cm they are experiencing during ovulation ? I'm not sure the exact date I ovulate hoping someone can help me narrow it down.
