Mixed Reviews on Pregnant or Not

First month trying. Confused of my finds.    three days after week of ovulation/ ttc started having cramps for two days and nausea was like clock work everyday for a week. Took test three days prior to af and got a positive! (Digital test). The day af arrived I had light cramps with brown spotting, this lasted for two days. The next two were a little heavier and pinkish red along with sore breasts.
