Sore breast lymph nodes

Quick back story of our situation as stands. We are ttc #2. But only just started. I not long came off BC and have only had one cycle.. so im not testing as my hopes are just not there this time around. Af isn't due for a week either.

So basically for the last two days my boobs have been different. To me they feel firm and heavy and sore. I asked my partner to check and he said they feel normal. I have a pain where the lymph nodes are. I tried to breast exam but it hurt. Only in that area. My boobs feel weird all around but thats where my pain really strikes. I've been going braless a lot more because i just cant stand wearing one at the moment. Im just wonderful if anyone has anything they use to ease off the pain and uncomfortable feeling. I shower fine i sleep fine. Cant stand brushing my arms past them.
