How to get motivated again
What motivates you? I got up at 6 am every morning for about 8 or 9 months to workout before going to work. Then the holidays hit. Slowly I went to every other day. And then slowly to only a few times a week. The good news is haven't gained any of the weight back but I think that's why I can't get motivated again. I've been fighting an ongoing cold for a while now and between life and work I am tired so I don't want to get up at 6 am anymore.
Help what can motivate me again? I want to lose another 10 pounds but am not disgusted with my body anymore. So I think that creates the lack of motivation.
