Can having flu while pregnant harm the baby?!

Question

So I had the flu around 13 weeks pregnant (currently almost 15 w). I'm totally over the flu now but I am worried having it could have hurt the baby. I had a temp of 101 but took Tylenol and kept it under control the few days I had it. I had a lot of throwing up and chills those first few days, rode out the storm with tons of sleep, and am finally over it. 
My next appointment isn't until April 1 and I'm nervous the baby could have been hurt by it? Has anyone else had the flu (or a terrible cold) while pregnant and had a healthy baby?!

(I had my NT scan the day before I got sick and everything was totally healthy)

My sister-in-law had the flu when she was pregnant and had a perfectly healthy and wonderful little girl :)

I was very sick at 12 weeks I threw up for a solid 15 hours could not hold a sip of water down. I started dry heaving and it got so bad I had to go to the hospital and get 3 bags of fluid pumped through me because they said I was so dehydrated. It got so bad my hands Went numb and became stiff. Somehow even with all that I only peed twice. I was so scared that the trauma from that did something to my baby. I went to my Drs appt about a week after and we heard that heartbeat going strong still at 155 I cannot explain the relief I felt. No matter how much your going through the baby is still getting what they need I've been there but everything should be just fine 😊

As long as you keep your temperature under control, everything should be okay!

Not really. I had pneumonia while pregnant and baby is just fine. Just see your doc and don't take anything you're not supposed to.

I had the flu with my first and it was awful for me but my daughter is 16 months now and perfectly healthy! Aside from the early stages of terrible twos!!! Good luck mama :)
