Contactions

So about a month ago my hubby and I had sex and after I started having contractions literally the same as when I had my daughter with a strong urge to push to the point I was in tears then today I randomly got the same thing. I'm not pregnant and my daughter is 2 and neither times was I close to my period. Has anyone had this before? Its right in my uterus and lower back and pressure on my cervix like I seriously feel like I'm giving birth. They are 3 mins apart and peak just like contractions! It's so weird and painful
