Xanax?

I don't know if I'm pregnant or not, could be a possibility but I haven't missed my period yet. I took 1 mg of xanax (as perscribed....aka normal for me) and now I feel super nauseated.....could this be a pregnancy symptom? I've never been nauseated after taking it before. Worried my body is "telling" me not to take it because I'm pregnant....I know that sounds weird...probably my panic disorder talking.....
