Low egg count.

I'm 35 and TTC baby #1. I've done clomid (4 times) once with a IUI. The doctor called me yesterday with the new that my egg reserve came back at .23 normal is 1.0 to 4.0. I'm heart broken!!! We are gonna try IVF - has anyone gone through this? Advice good or bad - please.
