When is the best time to start dieting and working out after the baby?
Before I got pregnant I was dieting , I was taking homeopathic medicine and excercise/home food only I went from 82kg to 72kg
Now I am 76kg and 19 weeks preg , I know I will gain more, I don't want to be big after the baby, so when can I go back to my diet and excercise?
